The Sea of Vapors WI 6 on Mt. Rundle, Canadian Rockies. (c) Mark Synnott
From basic to advanced, from low angle to vertical ice and up to alpine ice
Courses are conducted anywhere from Frankenstein Cliff, to Huntington Ravine to Lake Willoughby -- take your pick. You'll learn how to place screws, build anchors, and set v-threads. An important emphasis will be placed on assessing ice conditions and reading objective hazards. Whatever your level, I can help you to climb safer and harder. Looking to break into leading? We can help you to achieve that goal. Or let us guide you up a route you might not otherwise tackle, like The Black Dike, Omega, The Quartet Ice Hose, Repentance, Remission, Dropline or The Last Gentleman.
